This is the bigger Malon Export Vessel from VOY: "Juggernaut". The size is based on a comment by Rick Sternbach, that the tanks are supposed to be the same size as the ones on the smaller Malon Export Vessel 11th Gradient with only three tanks. This ignores the fact, that the upper hull ("spine") and the engines look exactly the same as on the smaller ship, though they are supposed to be much larger now (memory-alpha).
