Cost reduction: Hollow, 2mm wall thickness and cut into two parts. There is a  pin and a socket to help align those parts. Must be glued together, some sanding and fitting might be required.

This is the Nausicaan Starbase from the video game "Star Trek: Infinite". The size i estimated based on the window rows on the original model and the depiction of the base along the other Nausicaan ships in the art book from the game. With a height of 250m, the station also has an approximate diameter of the same value. This also makes the 3 shuttlebay doors large enough for bigger shuttles at the size of a Federation Danube Class Runabout. But it can also be any other size too.
