The Moneans live on an artificial planetoid in the Delta Quadrant made entirely of water. Their spaceships can operate not only in space, but also underwater. Therefore, behind the scenes, these ships were referred to as subships (submarines/spaceships). The exact size is not known. All we can get from the episode is that these are much smaller than Voyager (344m)on the one hand and much larger than the Delta Flyer (21m) on the other. The original CGI model also has some fairly large windows, which would indicate a size of no more than 100m. The same model was later used as a participant in the Antarian Interstellar Rally, but here the ship appears to be only slightly longer than the Delta Flyer. It seems unlikely that this is also intended to be a Monean ship that Voyager encountered about two years earlier, but rather a generic large shuttle. Finally, the model was then reused as a Chokuzan ship as well, but here with a much larger size (approx. 300m, compared to the Delta Flyer) and a different color scheme. The windows were also replaced or covered to emphasize the larger size as well. Therefore, I will list the ship with 100m length. I give an alternate scale of around 25-30m for the shuttle size and something in the 300m range for the Chokuzan version.
