This Cardassian Transport appears in the video game "Star Trek: Infinite". The game doesn't give a size, and the models are not in scale to each other. This model does have very few windows and, as with other models from that game, they sometimes rather follow the curvature of the hull then a clear deck structure. So it is difficult to pin down the size here. A transport basically is just to bring people from one place to the other, like a space bus. I therefore though it shouldn't be larger than the Galor. At 250m, the ship does have almost the same width as a Galor Class, but already has a little more internal volume than it, because it is more compact. At this size, there could be a shuttle-/cargobay door in the opening at the front. The overall structure then would fit 20 decks with about 3.5m (Rick Sternbach once designed the Galor Class with a deck height of about 3.8m). But it could easily be any other size too.
