This rather small research ship was used by Professor Fora Geggen and his assistant Tova Veer in the Delta Quadrant to search for proof of their "Distant Origin" theory after finding the remains of a human from Voyager. In the end, it seemed, as the Voth are descendants from the earth Hadrosaurus. They somehow survived the extinction of the dinosaurs on earth and evolved to a highly advanced nomadic, spacefaring race, ending up in the Delta Quadrant millions of years ago. The ship was equipped with transwarp drive and a transphasic cloaking device.
