F1 Wheel LCD Pod for Nextion 4.3" LCD

F1 LCD pod for use with Nextion 4.3" display and LED clear lenses.  Taken design cues and measurements from the Mclaren F1 pod to house a separated LCD and driver board (please seek a qualified person to split apart) (or carefully find and score adhesive beneath the LCD screen bezel on each side).  Individually addressable RGB LEDs for flags and shift lights are press fit but can be glued into place. LEDs found here: https://www.pololu.com/product/2535  It will take 21 LEDs in total. Mounting holes should be drilled to the appropriate fastener hardware. A hole to pass the electronic hardware leads through is going to be needed where convenient, the side of the case.  Be careful when drilling and  take proper precautions.  Always use a sharp bit.
