This is the prototype MK-X class I dreadnought USS Star Empire MKC-2331 from the TOS - Fortunes of War novel: Dreadnought! A special variant of the Federation Class, which is from the Star Trek: Star Fleet Technical Manual by Franz Joseph (real name Franz Josef Schnaubelt). In that book the USS Star Empire is listed with the registry NCC-2116. For the size i kept the saucer diametet of the original Federation Class from the Star Trek: Star Fleet Technical Manual. This way the ship keeps the same overall proportions. The extra 32m in length are a result of the now loger saucer and the longer nacelles.
