This is a Nihydron ship from the Voyager episode "Year Of Hell", that was part of the Anti-Krenim Coalition that attacked the Krenim Temporal Weapon Ship. It also appeared in "Dark Frontier" as a ship belonging to Species 10026 (Possibly also the Nihydron).
