These fit both sizes of plastic wheels by BNDS. You have to paint these yourself.
You get 10 sets of the large and 10 sets of the small.
The inner diameters are 2.4 & 2.7mm. The outer diameters are 5.2 & 5.6mm.
These might fit other wheels with some sanding.
