This item will allow for Front frame mounting for CMAX on the hardbody XJ Jeep Cherokee. and MJ Comanche from JSscale.net.
Please clean out all holes with 3/32" or 2.5mm drill. The inner 4 holes are designed to match CMAX front frame spacing, and should have M3x8 setscrews or M3x8 screws and locknuts installed.
This mount has 2 top facing screw holes that will line up with the front rad support screw holes in the XJ, if you decide to solid mount this part. It is not necessary to do this. The mount should be attached to the front of the CMAX chassis and then the front of the body will simply slide over the frame, no clips or attaching is necessary, as this mount will locate the front of the Jeep in a solid way with no slop.
This mount also provides lower valance support to the Jeep part so it won't be damaged in trail riding.
