1/87 Whale Boats for Aurora Wanderer Model Kit

Accurate and finely detailed Whale boats for the classic "Wanderer" model ship kit from Aurora.  These whale boats correct one of the the kit's biggest shortcomings and will allow you to create a breathtaking miniature of one of the last, great whaling ships at the end of the age of sail.

These boats are available in three different materials:
- Multijet Fusion is a nylon material and has a slightly rough, somewhat pebbly surface.  They will need to be primed with a high-build, sandable primer such as Mr. Surfacer, and sanded smooth.  It is the cheapest option, however.
- Frosted Detail parts are more expensive, but have a better, smoother surface.  They are resin prints, so can be sanded and smoothed directly, although this is a much simpler process than with Multijet Fusion prints.  The slight surface roughness could also approximate wood grain, if you wish to depict heavily abused boats.
- SLA resin is the smoothest, cleanest option and will be just about ready to use straight out of the box, although it's also the most expensive option by far.  Unfortunately, there's not much I can do about this; the basic costs are 3x that of Frosted Detail.
