This is a Suliban Shuttle as seen in ENT: "Detained". I estimated the length from a screenshot, where it can be seen right next to an NX Class Shuttlepod, which is 6m long. The Suliban Shuttle seems to be almost 1.5 times the length. This size is also necessary to have enough height and overall space inside to accommodate 2-6 human sized passengers. The same model was later also seen on Kreetassa in ENT: "A Night in Sickbay" although it's not clear if it should depict a Suliban ship there. Probably not.
