This is pretty close to the max size to fit the smoothest plastic printer so I can't offer larger scales.
The painted model is a modified version in 1/400 scale. This took 20-30 hours to measure the house and put into cad so please don't ask me to design your house unless you have all the exterior measurements and $1000+ to spend on my CAD time.
