This is a fan designed Romulan Bird-of-Prey variant. I think it fits well for being something that was built just before or around the same time as the one from TOS. The shape of the front of the main hull and the slightly curved warp nacelles are a nice little nod to the design from "Star Trek: Enterprise". At about 200m length, these parts are also about the same size as on the ENT BOP, wile the Plasma Torpedo launcher is the same size as on the TOS one. The ships internal volume is slightly larger than on the BOP from ENT and still smaller as the TOS ship. For this size i added some windows and stuff taken from the TOS model.
