This ship is based on a model that appears in the video game "Star Trek: Fleet Command", set in the Kelvin Timeline. In this game, there are non-playable hostile ships, patrolling the neutral star systems. Most of these ships are made from the 3D models of other ships in the game that are all based on designs seen in Star Trek: "Enterprise". To give them a more "Pirate-like" look, they are heavily altered, looking like they were made from salvaged ship wrecks. The hulls look battered, have missing parts and ragged holes in it, as if they have suffered heavy battle damage. To make the ship look even more menacing, there are also some added pieces, taken from other ships hulls, looking like spikes, claws or even teeth.
Among those ships, there are two, that are obviously based on the Nausicaan Raider from ENT (Prime Timeline). This is also one of the few hostile ships that is not based on a model that can be obtained by the player.
This is the smaller of the two. Unlike the larger one, that seems to be based on an undamaged and unaltered Nausicaan Raider from the Kelvin Timeline, this one does in deed have some missing parts. It seems as if the hull was cut off at the rear and the sides, and the coverings of the "Mandibles" at the front were removed (or even replaced with a new, similar, but more basic looking part). This way, the ship is also missing the two under slung weapon turrets of the original model. Like the other hostile ships in this game, it also has the customary "Mad Max style" due to some added spikes.
The larger ship's proportions are virtually identical to the one from ENT, except for the two extensions at the front. So i used the same width as the ENT version for the larger one, also getting the size for the smaller this way.
