3D printed in white nylon plastic with a matte finish and slight grainy feel.
This is my version of the D9 Class Cruiser z´Gal, in 1/2500 scale. This was a difficult design to model, as the 3 views from FASA game do not match each other, so I have to take some decisions in what view I would use. In general, it is accurate to the top and side views, the front will I used only for the naceles angle and width. I did try to make it as detailed as the scale permits, adding those lovely TMP style greeblings, and other details here and there. I modeled it with 3 photon torpedo tubes (or heavy disruptors), 1 forward firing and 2 rear firing; plus 6 disruptors (3 forward/up and 3 rear/down firing). I scale it based on the bridge module, as it is almost identical to the K´Tinga one, this gave it a overall length of 265 m, which is 10.6 cm at 1/2500 scale. The neck of the model may be a weak point, so I added this option with a support on the underside, to be removed.
