Update Apr. '24: New, more detailed Model
This is the Talarian Freigther "Batris" from "TNG: Heart of Glory". Eaglemoss gives the length for this as 290m, but as the same model was also used to depict different sized freighters of different races through TNG, DS9 and VOY (albeit sometimes with light to heavy alterations to the model), it could also be any other scale.
