Hemet, US Army, WWII through Vietnam, 1/16 & 1/20

US Army M1 helet (WWII through Vietnam era), 1/16 & 1/20 scale (you need to choose which scale).  20 helmets attached on a sprue.  The spru goes to the inside of the helmet as to not deform the outside surface.  Remove sprue carefully by twisting the helmets very gently.  The helmets are close to scale thickness so they are fragile.  I made one set in 1/20 scale and they look great (see the photo above).

Because the helmets are fragile (thin) you may opt to paint on an epoxy (like JB weld) on the inside after cleaning.  Also, as the helmets are scale thickness, you can turn them upside down (in a diorama) as if the soldier was using the "steel pot" as a bucket, (like  washing), they look real.
