The model of the Laysian Sentry Pod was re-used as the ship of the terrorists in TNG: "Starship Mine" (Kelsey's scout ship) and the cargo ship "Ekina" in DS9: "Invasive Procedures". In both occasions, the ship was shown flying upside down (with the nacelles pointing upwards). Assuming, that both of the later ships are of the same type, we may also assume, they are not related to the technically much inferior and unmanned Sentry Pod. The scenes in "Starship Mine" doesn't allow determining the size. It just needs to be large enough for the 7 terrorists and in fact, the Sentry Pod's 29m would be sufficient for that, but in "Invasive Procedures" we see the ship docking at DS9, which allows a good estimate against the size of the docking ring. Using a diameter of 1451.8m for the station, the ship is something between 110-120m long. So i choose 116m (which is exactly 4 times the length of the Sentry Pod).
