Tires are 10x5mm with 0.8mm axle holes. You get 3 wheelsets in this order.
You still have to paint these yourself; that goes for everything on Shapeways.com

If you don't want to open the model; you can cut off the plastic wheels, but preserve as much of the stock axles, then trim to fit these. You might need to trim down some of the wheel, or add washers to adjust the track width. Or use poster putty to pose steering and camber.
