Product Description
This is a set of replacement parts for Transformers Titans Return Foretress Maximus. The parts replace Fortress Maximus' Titan robot mode head crest. You get a left and right side for the crest. This is great if you have lost the original head crest parts. These are not exact replicas of the originals but are fairly faithful to the original design. The design is a little taller with sharper tips. The parts can be installed and transformed into Individual mode. Transformation works the same as the original parts.
There is a minor change to transformation into tower mode. For This mode, flip the parts to the other way to allow for the clearance into the tower position. Please see pictures.
These parts are connected. You will need to separate them and trim off excess plastic with a hobby knife or plastic cutters
To install you will need gently push the parts onto the friction joint where the original parts were.
This is intended for adult collectors. This is not designed for rough play by children.
This was tested with my home printer, printed in PLA plastic. When fitting the part press firmly and evenly. Depending on the plastic you choose, sanding or polish may be needed to fine tune the fit.
This has successfully been printed in Shapeways PA12, Natural Versatile Plastic, Premium Versatile Plastic, Processed Versatile Plastic, Smooth Fine Detail Plastic, Smoothest Fine Detail Plastic, Clear Ultra Fine Detail Plastic and Gray Fine Detail Plastic.
