Product Description
This is a set of replacement leg joints for Transformers Robots In Disguise (2001) Optimus Prime. These joints have more teeth so they allow you to have greater control in posing the legs. The hips increase from 3 ratchet clicks to 4 ratchet clicks. The Knees incerase from 4 ratchet clicks to 6 clicks. The replacement joints work with the all transformation modes
The set comes as 4 connected parts. You will need to separate them and trim off excess plastic with a hobby knife or plastic cutters
Installation:
This is intended for adult figure collectors. This is not designed for rough play by children.
Depending on the plastic you choose, sanding or polish may be needed to fine tune the fit.
This has been tested with my home 3D printer with PLA Plastic
This has been successfully printd in Shapeways PA12, Natural Versatile Plastic, Processed Versatile Plastic, Smooth Versatile Plastic, PA12 and MJF

Installation:
- Remove 3 Screws in Hips
- Pull Part Hip assembly
- Remove 6 Screws in Legs
- Pull apart Leg Assembly. Be careful not to lose the spring in the thigh
- Replace the Leg joints in the Thighs.
- Reassmble legs and thighs
This is intended for adult figure collectors. This is not designed for rough play by children.
