This is the Long Range Shuttle "Surak" from "Star Trek: The Motion Picture". At this size, the docking ring at the rear is about the same diameter (2m) as the docking ports on the TMP Enterprise.
This file contains one combined shuttle and one with the Shuttlepod separated from the Warp sled. The two parts of the separated version should fit, so that you can also create a complete ship by gluing them together (some adjustments might be required), or just leave them separated. If you need just one of the parts, PM me.
