This ship appears in the video game "Star Trek: Fleet Command", set in the Kelvin Timeline. Many of the ships there are very similar to models that were previously shown on "Star Trek: Enterprise", yet they are significantly different. This is one of the largest survey ships, used to mine resources. There are five different types of this ship in the game. The second (called the Envoy), looks almost exactly like the J-Class Freighter from "Star Trek: Enterprise". It has the same engine configuration and the freight modules are also "Y"-shaped, although it only has one of these modules. The third ship (North Star) adds a third nacelle on the top and a second freight module. The first ship (ECS Fortunate) however, does have only one nacelle on the bottom and the freight module is flipped upside down. This fourth variant (ECS Horizon) keeps the single nacelle on the bottom and the upside down freight modules, but it adds two additional nacelles on the top and has a total of 3 modules. The very same design is also used to depict a fifth variant. In the game the player has to choose a faction at one point (Federation, Klingon or Romulan). Each faction's survey ship is the exact same model as this fourth variant (ECS Horizon) but with a different colour and name (USS Antares, K'Vorth and Valkis). For the size i used the same width on the modules as on the J-Class Freighter from "Enterprise", despite them being slightly longer this way. This also sets the command module about the same size as on the J-Class from "ENT" and makes the connections between the modules just large enough for a passage inside, that also allows swapping smaller cargo containers between the modules. On a side note, the in-game description of the USS Antares mistakenly associates this design with the Y-Class from "Enterprise", and while the Y-Class has a similar layout to the J-Class, the two are very different. The ship here is clearly based on the latter.
