Instructions for assembly. Insert the left and right gears into the body section. Insert the left and right keys into the left and right gears. Some sanding or reaming may be required to get a snug fit, if you over sand, use some glue to hold the gears to the key shafts. Insert the center gear between the left and right gears, then insert the key handle shaft through the body and the center gear. Use some strong glue to glue the key shaft 4 protruding guide nubs to the body section. Once the glue is dry you may freely rotate the keys by turning the handle. If you would like to reposition the keys, pull gently on the key handle until the center gear raises above the left and right gears allowing them to rotate freely of the center gear. Paint with brass paint, dry brush flat black for ageing.
