According to Star Trek Online, this is the latest "variant" of the Vor'cha Class. You can't see the connection between the two ships? Well, neither do i. For such a large capital ship, there is way too much going on at the hull. In my opinion, this design would work much better as a small, more Bird-of-Prey like scout or attack ship.
