Tires are 17x6mm with 0.85mm holes so you can reuse the original axles.

Shown on a HotWheels with clipped stock axles.
If you don't want to open the model; you can cut off the plastic wheels, but preserve as much of the stock axles, then trim to fit these. I use washers to space the wheels often. Or use poster putty to pose steering and camber.
