According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia, the USS Zapata NCC-33184, which was only mentioned in dialoge, or appeared on casualty lists during the Dominion War, was of the unseen Surak Class. This is not to be confused with the Vulcan Surak Class from the Archer era (ENT). The design of this ship is based on an unused sketch, done by Rick Sternbach for the Vulcan T'Pau Type Transport. For the size, i used the figures as stated by the Advanced Starship Design Bureau, a site on ex-astris-scientia.org that tries to find consistent designs for ships mentioned but not seen in Star Trek.
