1:100 - PzKpfw II ausf L - LUCHS
Overview
This is a scalemodel of the German 'Panzerkampfwagen II ausf L' for 1:100 WW2 dioramas. Named the 'Lynx' or better known as 'Luchs', the PzKpfw II ausf L was the largest, fastest and also last version of the panzer II series. It was completely re-designed and was most used on the Eastern Front until the end of the war. About 100 left the production line.
Features
The model is designed to be printed in 3 parts;
- 1x Main hull.
- 1x Turret (static barrel)
- 1x Set of tracks (glue in position)
- Model is based on blueprints to maximize accuracy.
Painting
Before painting, always degrease your models in a glass of lukewarm water and a drop of dishwashing soap (do not use a dishwasher!). Allow it to dry completely before painting.
Aplie a thin layer of paint, use 'drybrush' techniques to bring the detail alive. Paint the tracks first, before gluing in position. If you don't have a lot of experience; watch multiple 'tutorials' on youtube about painting model tanks. You can't rush art, so take your time to finish the model ;).
