Overview
This is a scalemodel of the German 'Horch108' type a1, a 4x4 personnel carrier in 1:30 scale. Type a1 was produced early in the war. Main visual difference with the 'type 40' is the spare tires on the outside.
Features
The model is designed to be printed in 3 parts;
- (1x) Main vehicle
- (1x) Sprue with spare tires and front/back seats
- (1x) Front and back wheels
- Model is based on blueprints
Painting
Before painting, always degrease your model in a bowl of lukewarm water and a drop of dishwashing soap (do not use a dishwasher!). Allow it to dry completely before painting.
Apply a thin layer of paint, use 'drybrush' techniques to bring the detail alive. Paint the wheels and inside first before gluing the seats.
