This is my interpretation of the Okinawa Class, a small frigate from the "Starfleet Command" and "Klingon Academy" video games. The game model shows six dual phaser emitters on the saucer because it uses basically the same texture as the Constitution Class. But because this ship is much smaller, those phaser emitter would be only about half the size as on the Constitution or other TMP-era ships like the Miranda Class. Memory Beta lists the ship as having only three single-mount phaser banks, so i reduced the amount to that. For a ship that is basically nothing more than a police craft, this seems to be sufficient. To further emphasis the smaller scale, i also added some other details like docking ports or the single row of windows in the saucer edge to show there is only one deck in contrast to two on the Constitution. Because this ship doesn't have a shuttle bay, i added two drop doors on the underside of the saucer, so at least it can launch two inspection Pods.
