Sekhmet-Mut votive coin (1.5")

The particulars of a recent commission  called for the creation of an all new image of Sekhmet-Mut to fit a circular format and this is the result. As far as I am aware,  the presence of the vulture headdress on a lioness's head in this manner is not historically known, but it is acceptable to her and  does cement her identity as a "-Mut."*

*Although created as Sekhmet-Mut, there is no reason why this image could not represent any of the other  -Mut lionesses. Or indeed Mut herself.
