This Romulan Warbird appears in the video game "Star Trek: Fleet Command", set in the Kelvin Timeline. The model is most probably kitbashed from parts taken from the Augur Class from the same game. Most notably, they share most of the wings, the upper central body and the impulse engines. Even the top of the head is similar, but the lower part is more reminiscent of the D'dederidex Class. In game, this ship is supposed to be a predecessor of the Augur. Because of this and the shared parts, i determine the size by matching those parts on both ships to the same size. That way the length is almost the same as the 380m I use for the Augur, but since that size is also just an estimate it could be any other too.
What seems odd on this ship is the lack of warp nacelles. There are two things on the sides of the lower central main hull that could be them. But in my opinion they are a bit small compared to the huge nacelles of the Augur. Incidentally, the Augur also has these parts on the underside of its main hull, and unless they're intended there as some kind of backup nacelles, they most likely are something else. They look more like Dominion gondolas than Romulans to me anyway.
