Original height: approx. 3000m (Assumption, could be any other size)
Scale: 1/8500
Print orientation for Detail Plastic: Top up
Mounting hole: None
Cost reduction: Hollow, 2mm wall thickness and cut into two parts. There are additional escape holes on the underside of each of the smaller pods. There is a connector with a flat side on the top part, that fits into the corresponding hole of the lower part, to ensure the right orientation and provide some stability. Needs to be glued together, some sanding might be required.

The Utopia Planitia Fleet yard on Mars has at least 3 of these large space stations in orbit. They can be seen in the background in the Voyager episode "Relativity". Here, they appear huge compared to the ships in the foreground. How big exactly however is hard to say. The original digital model has thousands of lights on it, indicating a height of several thousand meters. On the other hand, the smaller pods do also have large windows, which point to a smaller size. Well, those large windows could be recreational areas with parks and an artificial sky like a large arboretum. To finally choose a size, i looked at the large doors in the half-spheres. Somehow i doubt that these are supposed to be large enough to let a Galaxy Class in, but maybe a Constitution? For that i scaled the station to about 3000m in height and this makes those doors large enough to let Kirk's Enterprise fly into it with enough clearance around it. This would also allow some of the smaller 24th century ships like the Defiant or the Nova Class to dock inside. The aforementioned large windows then would be almost 30m in height. Large enough for an Arboretum i think. But this is just my conjecture.
