This is a Norwegian or Danish dwarf-signal for small SMD LEDs.
LED:s I recommend is 0402, like them as ledbaron are selling at Ebay look for "30x SMD LED 0402 GOLDEN WHITE WEISS +Cu-Draht warm weiss wit very warmwhite"
