I present my small pedal-shaped tritium bead, designed to take two of the 2.5x10mm tritium vials (tritium vials not included).
This Ver.2 bead has the two extra end cutouts, not found on the Ver.1 pedal bead.
This model is sized for printing in either sterling silver, brass, bronze or one of the various plastics available,
for the model sized for printing in stainless steel, please check my shop.
The central hole is 5mm in diameter and should just be wide enough for two lengths of 550 paracord.
The tritium vials should be set using a UV activated optically clear adhesive such as Norland 61 or Loctite glass bond. These adhesives will cure in direct sunlight in an hour or so.
Due to potential irregularities in the stainless steel printing process some drilling may be required on the tritium vial channels to ensure a correct fit, when printing in this material.
There are some more photos of this object and other examples of my work, both 3D printed and otherwise, on my 'Tofty' facebook page.
