Several of this large space stations are in orbit around the Qomar homeworld. The design itself is based on a rejected sketch for Deep Space Nine. The thousands of windows on the original CGI model, are pointing to a size of several km, but when Voyager passes one of them in the episode "Virtuoso" it appears to be way smaller. Although there might be a magnification applied to what is seen on the main viewscreen at this point. I therefore simply picked 3000m for the length, which makes it also about 3500m wide. But it could easily be much smaller or larger.
