Product Description
This is a set of 2 replacement thumbs for Transformers Generations Thrilling 30 Metroplex or Transformers Titans Return Fortress Maximus. Both of these Titans use the same hand parts for their robot modes. These parts work in all transformation modes. The thumbs fit around Titan Class weapons for Fortress Maximus and Metroplex.
The part is not an exact replic of the original part but a very faithful to the original design. I have shortened the back of the thumb so the hand can swivel 360 degrees at the wrist without bumping into the forearm. Also I've added a 5mm port to the thumb, making it compatibile with Seige blast effects.
To install, simply slide the side with the pegs into the slot for the original thumb. You will want to insert the parts from the palm side of the hand where there are grooves for the joint to slide into.
The 2 thumb parts are connected. You'll need to separate them using plastic cutters or a hobby knife. Trim off any excess plastic.
This is intended for adult figure collectors. This is not designed for rough play by children.
Depending on the plastic you choose, sanding or polish may be needed to fine tune the fit.
This has been tested with my home 3D printer with PLA Plastic.
This has been successfully printed in Shapeways Natural Versatile Plastic, Processed Versatile Plastic and Premium Versatile Plastic.
