This is Star Trek Online's version of the Kobayashi Maru. They took the basic design of the only canon version from the Kelvin Timeline ("Star Trek" from 2009) and adapted it to a Miranda/Soyuz Class hull from the Prime Timeline.
As this ship is obviously in the style of the TMP era, this can't be the look of the "real" Kobayashi Maru (if the simulation is based on a real event at all). Kirk made this test on his time at the Academy, years before TOS, so the actual ship must be much older. Another clue to this is, that this version doesn't fit the dimensions that were actually displayed for the vessel in distress, during the simulation in "Star Trek II". But i think this is still a very good cargo variant for the Miranda Class family. In fact, it is very similar to the unused Bradford variant that Adam Buckner had built for the planned use in the opening scene of "DS9: A Time to Stand".
