Update Aug. '21: New, more detailed model that now also includes a more spacious saucer like the original design.
This is my take on a possible TMP-style refit for the Federation Class from the "Star Trek: Star Fleet Technical Manual" by Franz Joseph. I tried not to just build a Constitution with a third warp nacelle, but to keep the overall proportions, as also the length the same as on the original ship.
