In TNG: "Conundrum", the Laysian Central Command was protected by 47 of these automated Sentry Pods. However, just like the Lysian Destroyer or the station itself, they were no match for the Enterprise-D's superior weaponry. The size was given in "The Official Star Trek Fact Files" File 40, Card 19B, although the depiction there is not quite correct. I based this model on the photos, taken for its auction. The same miniature were also later used as the ship of the terrorists in TNG: "Starship Mine" and in DS9: "Invasive Procedures". In both occasions, the ship was meant to be much larger and was shown flying upside down. Therefore, we can assume they are not related.
