The Selay are the snake-like species from the TNG episode "Lonely Among Us". We've never seen any Selay Spaceship, so this is based on a fan-made set of ships that someone made for the" Starfleet Command" video game. This is based on the Battlecruiser from this set. The secondary (lower) hull is the exact same part as on the Heavy Cruiser. On the original design it faced backward but i think from an engineering point of view, this doesn't make much sense, so i turned it around to have the same orientation on both ships. This way, all Selay ships now have the lower hull with the larger part facing backward, implying a Selay design principle.
