The small Observatory in the Amargosa star system from Star Trek: "Generations". It was later reused as the Wormhole Relay Station in the DS9 episode "Destiny". Although it would be better to refer to it as Wormhole Relay Satellite, as the size here is meant to be much smaller. Most probably only a few meters and therefore uninhabitable.
