This is my interpretation of the USS Fortune NCC-805 from the comic Star Trek: Crew, Issue 2 "The Bottle". In the comic, there are only a few pictures of the ship that are also not very consistent, so this could be only regarded as a good guess. I shifted the warp nacelles a little upward, out of the center, so they are more visible from the front and the bussard collectors are not obscured so much by the saucer. The Fortune was one of the ships "Number One" served on before she became first officer on the USS Enterprise under Captain Pike (1st TOS pilot "The Cage"). It is said by Number One, the ship is about 50 years old during the events in the comic, which does set the launch date somewhere in the 2190s. I really like this design. It clearly has a distinct Federation look, without just rearranging parts of a Constitution Class. With its half saucer, it is also reminiscent of the Intrepid Type from "Star Trek: Enterprise".
