Small (3mm)- Compatible with small/Legion Scale Transformers and most building figures including Mega-Construx, Kre-O, and the leading brand), as well as most 3 3/4 figures (Star Wars, Gi-Joe, etc.
Medium (4mm) - Compatible with MOTU (vintage and modern), as well as 6" Marvel, Star Wars and C figures.
Large (5mm) - Compatible with Transformers, Ninja Turtles and dozens of other lines.
