To all customers who have bought my FUD models, I need your feedback. I'm looking for anything relating to durability, details/quality and pricing.
Also there is some noise on the Shapeways forum about painted FUD crystallizing after long period in storage, what had been your experience with this? (Edited)

You need to take care with more delicate items, of course, but most of mine can survive a drop on the table or a fall from the shelf. Details and pricing are very reasonable if you are someone that wants an exact model, and not a "good enough" proxy.
As for crystallization, I've only had something similar occur in very few instances of unpainted models exposed to excessive UV light. Never with anything painted. I tend to clean mine with 90% rubbing alcohol, which has a slight etching effect, but it removes all the surface oils on the models.

Mine 1/600 V22s by you, crystallized after stripping them of paint. May have been the stripping agent. As for Durability, as war game pieces, they had survived. Lost a gear during snipping from spure, nose gear, my fault though, wasn't careful snipping.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm getting around to 1/700 and will incorporate thicker landing gears from now on. I'm hoping at 1/700-1/500 landing gears being abstract and chunky wouldn't be too much of an issue, aesthetically.

They should be fine. Kit based models have ugly gear, or even nubs as gear. So some resemblance of wheels on a struct even chunkier will be good.
