All the biscuit (cookie) presses are identical in construction and are made from nylon powder. They are surprisingly strong and flex a little when pressed hard. They all have the same dimensions: 60-mm diameter and 47-mm high. The print face is 1.8mm thick, which after a lot of trials is the best for printing without getting too clogged up. For optimum use you need to use more than one of them, as they need to kept wet when in use to stop the dough from sticking.
