Material Notes:
Smooth Fine Detail Plastic: My preference. The best quality. It paints beautifully and retains details. Great for faux metal finishes. I like to use spray paint for mine.
Black Versatile Plastic: Matte finish, not recommended for painting. Slight texture/grit. While I prefer the smooth fine detail plastic, I still buy these myself for some projects. However, they definitely are better left as-is without paint.
