009 Couplings for Locos NEM (Short)

I developed this replacement  coupling after I broke the original fitted to my Bachmann Baldwin WDLR 4-6-0T. However, I have taken the oportunity to offer this in twp versions on the same sprue. The rectangular buffer head is to match the original wherea the half rounded head has been developed for the GVT Baldwin to better match the heads in the PECO GVT tram kit.

For precision and durability, this model is best printed in Natural Bronze and will simply plug into the standard N gauge NEM socket as fitted to the Bachmann Locomotives.

Instructions for Use.

Cut the required coupling from the round spru as close to the rectanular end as possible and remove any remaing with a needle file. The coupling will then simply plug into the nem socet.

As an alternative to painting, I chemically blackend mine by soaking in a solution of Liver of Sulphur overnight before fitting to the locomotive.

Each print contains 8 pieces on a sprue, 4 of each type (enough for 4 locomotives.
