Product Description
This is an adapter bushing to fit standard touring car Kimbrough spur gears (48P) in to the Tamiya F103GT.
You may need different sized diff balls depending on your spur gear. The touring car spur gear may use a size other than the ones that come on the F103GT. This is a bushing, not a bearing so it will have some drag on the center drive hub. I have found that it works best as a spool with the differential clamped down tight, locking the rear wheels together.
TO INSTALL:
1. Set the spur gear on a flat surface
2. Carefully press this Adapter in to the center bore of the spur gear, keeping it straight
3. Press the spur gear and adapter assembly on to the center drive hub, supporting the Adapter with your fingers. This will be a snug fit
4. Reassemble the differential as usual
